What did you do before you were a coach?

I was a Business Development Manager for Cable & Wireless working in the UK. Prior to that I was in Business Development and Asia Pac Channel Management for Fujitsu.

Why did you become an ActionCOACH?

We wanted to live and work in the West of Ireland and I wanted to work for myself. Having spent the previous 10 years being trained and developed by leading IT and Telecoms businesses, I saw the value and felt that I could impart the same on businesses in Ireland.

ActionCOACH allowed me to do this in a systemised way, giving me additional tools and strategies, which would allow me to build my business for myself, with the backing of a major player in the industry.

I have coached over 450 businesses in my time as an ActionCOACH. I continue to be excited to see each client develop and smash their goals.
